Availability & Ordering Policy

All Anna Monet Jewelry is made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. One-of-a-kind items are specified in the description and are available for shipment immediately. Anna Monet strives to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Anna Monet Jewelry does not accept returns as all jewelry is handmade to order. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. In particular cases, Anna Monet Jewelry will allow exchange and store credit options. Please email anna@annamonetjewelry.com to discuss your particular situation.

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

All shipping rates are calculated through USPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
